Responsibilities - Experience in installation, testing, implementing and commission IT infrastructure and ensure reliability and efficiency
- Undertake projects on new or existing network implementation and enhancement
- Work closely with pre-sales to plan for post-sale activities on proposed solutions and consultancy services
- Understand and be able to articulate the pain points experienced by customers
- Conduct fault analysis and verification test on recovered malfunction equipment or accessories from fault calls
- System support to escalate issue to principal TECH for problem resolution
- Able to perform the role of project lead in network implementation and integration
- Well versed with the advanced engineering and administration of multiprotocol routers, multilayer switches and network security devices
Requirements - Diploma in Information Technology / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology Field
- More than 5 years experience in Network industry with minimum 3 years experience in post-sales support
- Familiarity and strong skills on Cisco products (Nexus, Switches, Router, IPS/IDS, ISE, ASA, ACS, Prime, UC), Alcatel-Lucent, F5 and Solarwinds
- Security Firewall( Fortinet, Juniper, Checkpoint) and project management skill set is a plus
- Good to have: CCNA or CCNP certification
