Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
» Be the regional operations lead for the marketing teams in Lending and Insurance
» Developing efficiencies for processes to increase productivity
» Provide seamless marketing support with regional and in-country teams
» Provide primary administrative support for both regional and in-country marketing teams
» Execute all administration requirements for marketing team
» Follow-up with vendors, producers & printers for marketing materials and ensure deadlines are met
» Manage pay-outs for all marketing activities
» Manage & track the stocks for all marketing materials
» Execute all documentation requirements for marketing team
» contact vendors, producers and printers
» Ensure adherence to operating budget of Marketing Department
» Great interpersonal expertise other marketing peers and stakeholders across various department
Requirements » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field
» Minimum 2-3 years Marketing/ Administration practice
» Proficient with MS Office especially Excel and Word or Google Suite
» Personable, presentable and capability to articulate well
» Excellent administration and organizational expertise
» Optimization of processes – self starter, able to get processes in place
» Singaporeans only
