Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job scopes:
ACMV
» Overall-In-Charge in Air Conditioning Maintenance Ventilation system and Maintenance at the hospital site.
» Responsible for the everyday AC thermal comfort is within the acceptable limit.
» Schedule all maintenance activities and keeping track of all maintenance works with follow up actions.
» Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
» Maintain a comprehensive list of standby vendors for cases of emergencies,i.e. Chiller system failure.
» Improving the efficiency of the operational process, innovating and implementing systems improvement on energy conservation.
» To provide excellent service to client expectations.
» To ensure the maintenance programs and rectification jobs are managed by a team of technical agents and technicians efficiently.
» Providing feasible solution and coordinate with owners/users, consultants, vendors/contractors on engineering functional requirements and ensure the objectives are achieved.
» Conduct regular inspection of existing aircon system to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
» To ensure all works carried out safely and/or in conformity with safety procedures.
» Any other tasks, when required by Facilities Manager Green Mark
» Provide consultancy sevice for the client
» To support client in managing tenants and maintain green mark measures in tenant premises
» To monitor and analyse the Energy & water usage and prepare the monthly reports on the consumption
» Provide feasible solution to client on enery saving and water saving measures
Job Requirements: » Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 3 to 5 years of significant FM practice
» Able to communicate & write in English
» Able to guide and troubleshoot ACMV faults
» A good team leader
» Commitment to be recalled back to site for emergencies
» 3-5 Years of practice in ACMV Trade
