» AWS + VB Job responsibilities:
» Setup new Coater machines
» Ensure new machines, existing coater and dispenser equipment consistently performs according to requirements and recommend repairs, upgrades, or modifications
» Work closely with technicians to resolve technical issues. Manage defect and low yield issues, implement root cause solutions to those issues, and continuously promote and implement process improvement, quality and cost performance
» Perform root cause analyses on components, product failures or customer claims and implement effective corrective/preventive actions
» Create and maintain standard operating procedures for all processes
» Strong demonstration of presentation skills, required to write Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly report for presentation purposes
» Coach and train technicians Requirements:
» Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, Manufacturing Engineering
» Minimum 3 years hands-on knowledge of Thin film coating process in clean room environment
» Strong practice in maintaining and repairing coater and dispenser machines
» Strong analytical skills, utilizing effective trouble shooting and problem-solving techniques
» Excellent verbal and written communications skills with co-workers, customers, and suppliers
» Strong work ethic, initiative, adaptcapability, and integrity
» capability to work with minimal supervision
» Data collection and analysis
» Statistical process control (SPC)
» Design of Experiments (DOE)
» Process and equipment FMEA
