Descriptions:

» A Dynamic function in fast growing environment, reporting to the Sales Manager, the NDT Integration Software Engineer will develop custom software for automated NDT and inspection systems.

» You will respond in an agile way to end users’ requirements and contribute to long-term growth of the business in the Asia Pacific region. You will support and train integration partners to develop custom-made software.

» You will help to develop software to integrate NDT equipment and automation hardware, such as robots, to create turnkey solutions. You will assist with automating data analysis, through artificial intelligence, and create novel data displays, for example with augmented reality.

» Work in an agile way to deliver quick software practiccapability studies and proof of concepts.

» Develop high-quality, user-friendly software to meet end users’ requirements (both on-line integration and off-line data analysis and processing).

» Travel to end user and integrator facilities across Asia Pacific to install and provide on-going software support for automated inspection systems.

» Create a long-term vision and software roadmap to address future automated inspection needs.

» contact with regional research and development centers and strategic software partners to implement the roadmap. Requirements:

» Engineering degree in Electronics, Software or Automation Engineering, or another applicable technical field is required.

» practice of developing and implementing software for the manufacturing, automation, or analytical science industries is required.

» practice of managing installation projects that involve software and hardware systems that will automate a manufacturing process. prosperous completion of CompTIA Net+ Certification and similar industry recognized computer/networking certification courses such as MCP, CompTIA HIT, etc, is advantageous.

» Proficiency with computer programming languages used to operate industrial manufacturing equipment.

» Knowledge of programming robotic hardware, automation systems, and PLCs is advantageous.

» Knowledge NDT or other analytical scientific equipment is advantageous but not essential.

» Must have excellent programming and software development skills in a range of programming languages including C++, C #, and LabVIEW.
