Immigration Sales Consultant
Job responsibilities: » Prospecting, setting up and conducting client consultations
» Engage, educate and convert prospective clients into new business
» Perform and prepare presentations to senior professionals and high net worth individuals
» Adept at writing and follow through of sales documentation
» Preparation of weekly reports for performance tracking / appraisal
» Assist in any other projects as assigned by Management
» Maintain a positive relationship with the clients by providing timely support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
» Advise on issues relating to current policy and regulations and criteria for application
» Participation in conflict resolution and management of client expectations
» Update firm’s case management system and maintenance of client files in conformity with agreed practice protocols
» You will be given new challenges and be involved in adhoc projects as you progress
Requirements: » GCE ‘O’ Levels, ITE Certificates, Diploma holder (or Equivalent) preferably with sales practice
» Proven sales records
» Candidates with less/no significant practice are welcomed as on the job training will be provided to ensure that he/she is well versed with the Singapore Immigration law
» Previous practice or exposure in the area of Ministry of Manpower (MOM), labour mobility and/or immigration law and Checkpoint Authority (ICA) is an advantage
» Candidates with less/no significant practice are welcomed as on the job training will be provided to ensure that he/she is well versed with the Singapore Immigration law
» Reliable and conscientious with a good eye for detail
» Strong client service mentality
» Strong analytical and judgement expertise
» Good facilitation and communication expertise
» capability to track multiple case matters
» capability to work independently and in a team
»Good command of English (spoken / written)
» Excellent interpersonal, writing, communication and influencing expertise in local and cross-cultural setting
» High level of commercial intelligence and business acumen
» Strength of character, capcapability and personal flexibility to manage relationships effectively
» Self-driven and motivated
