Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Lead a team of technical agents and technicians for facilities management activities
» Advice and lead the technical investigations for rectification works
» contact with contractors for rectification works or ad-hoc jobs
» Investigate, analyze and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively
» Prepare technical reports on breakdowns and proposals
» Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
» Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
» Plan and develop the technical agent skills
» Assist the Facilities Manager in liasiing with client for all works related to the system in-charge
» Plan and execute the yearly maintenance schedule
» Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
Requirement: » Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years’ practice
» Possess a Certification for Green Mark Facilities Manager (GMFM) OR Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) accreditation.
» Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and AutoCAD
» Able to work in the East
» Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
