» We are a well-established MNC (China located) in direct sales industry. As part of our expansion plan, we are currently seeking for a dynamic sales and marketing manager to join our team, and to further elevate our business in Singapore. Job responsibilities:
» To be in charge of planning, executing and monitoring overall plans for all sales and marketing activities to achieve set targets.
» To be able to recruit new member/new distributors locally and to motivate distributors to maintain active status.
» To execute activities and to meet monthly sales target for Sales and Marketing Department.
» To assist in developing quarterly promotions and monthly activities to ensure sales targets and growth targets are achieved. This includes traveling for duty to different parts of the country.
» To assist in monitoring and assisting distributors and members’ activities. This includes: (1) Prepare the monthly activity schedule. (2) Informing members and distributors of all company promotions.
» As a mediator between the distributors and the Company -- to build a good relationship between them.
» To plan and to organize workshops/health talks/meetings for distributors. This includes acting as MC and Trainer in Company events.
» To prepare training materials as well as soft skill training materials. Thereafter to train distributors in Marketing Plan and soft expertise (e.g. sales kills, motivation, service expertise, building a network etc.) to ensure all distributors are well informed of Company policies and strategies.
» To conduct one-to-one consultancy to distributors on products and company info.
» To assist in answering distributors’ questions and to give satisfactory explanation to them.
» To work closely with other departments to ensure all issues are solved and entire company runs smoothly.
» To be responsible for some Admin, Operation tasks and any other ad-hoc assignments. Requirements:
» Degree holder or above in Marketing/Business /Health Science (or related disciplines)
» With at least 4-6 years practices preferable in sales and marketing especially in dealing with people face-to-face.
» Good local marketing hands on practice in either direct selling/FMCG or other sales and marketing fields with local contacts, capable of initiating and implementing our marketing promotions and campaigns tailored to suit the locals.
» Ideally the candidate is expertiseable about basic Singapore health regulations and basic process of product registrations as We are treating with Health Food products.
» Excellent presentation expertise on stage.
» capability to work independently, to plan and to run activities and training, and be able to travel and to conduct events on weekends/public holidays if Information technology needs be.
» Customer oriented, good communication and people expertise, good team player, with positive attitude a MUST!
» Able to work across boundaries and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
» Willing to work flexible hours.
» Fluent in English (written and verbal), expertise of Mandarin will be an advantage, in order to contact with Mandarin speaking associates
» expertise and practice in direct selling industry will be an added advantage.
