JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Provide customer service for plan benefits, provider networks and available services professionally in a call centre (No sales or cold calling required)
» Maintain current expertise of assigned plan(s) and effectively apply this expertise
» Strict monitoring to ensure all requests are attended and closed
» Independent and timely processing of medical claims in conformity with client requirements and member plan benefits
» Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned Requirements:
» Minimum Diploma holder
» Excellent telephone etiquette with good disposition, strong interpersonal expertise and attentive listening expertise (Bilingual candidates preferred)
» Meticulous, good team player and able to multi-task
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel & Word)
» Individuals with healthcare/insurance related practice will be advantageous
» Prior practice in insurance and medical expertise, possess Health Insurance Certification, Certification of General Insurance qualifications will be advantageous
