Job responsibilities: » Handle front desk activities.
» Handle incoming calls & phone enquiries.
» Attend to patient, including registrations, updating and keeping records and arranging patients’ appointments.
» Data entry and filling patients’ card.
» Responsible for appointment bookings, reminder calls and SMS.
» Ensure opening and closing tasks are completed.
» Reply voicemail by returning calls to customer.
» Recommend and promote company services and products.
» Ensure cleanliness of the waiting area and Display is up-to-date.
» Involve in cashiering, dispensing, stock taking & perform other administration tasks as assigned. Requirements:
» Minimum ‘O’ Level with practice in similar position
» Customer service oriented
» Able to work on weekends/retail hours
