JOB DESCRIPTION As a Destination Service Support , you will act as point of co-ordination between Relocation Consultant, Agents and other service providers and help in organising relocation and settling-in process of each expatriate and their family. You need to have deep knowledge of the needs and requirements of each expatriate to customize a program and itinerary which enable them and their family members to relocate into Singapore with ease. You need to adhere to clients’ respective policy, fulfil scope of services expected from us and observe communication protocol outlined.
Other responsibilities include capability to understand the market norm of residential rental market and having the capability to review Tenancy Agreement and to flag out unfair clauses, updating report with complete and accurate data in a timely manner, providing departure services for expatriates.
