JOB DESCRIPTION Job summary

this function functions as a team member in the AETOS cash management services. As an engineer in the provision of first line maintenance services, he/she is to execute the day-to-day tasks which includes the general cleaning, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of automated teller machines (ATM) and any other cash deposit/dispense machines.

Responsibilities

» Ensure client’s service levels are met through the timely resolution of issues at ATMs or any other similar machines. These include performing the following activities for ATMs and other machines such as:

» General cleaning and maintenance

» Replacement of faulty parts and items

» Replenishment of consumables

» Reporting physical infrastructure issues encountered onsite

» Retrieval and safekeeping of retained items

» Ensure the smooth electronic reporting of onsite first line maintenance services to backend HQ and client.

» Support all other administrative or operational needs of the first line and second line maintenance services of ATMs and other machines.

» Any other tasks as assigned.

» Maintain a high level of client satisfaction at all times.

Requirements

» Minimum GCE O/N level qualification

» Candidates with no prior practice are welcome

» Posses class 2/ 2A/ 2B licences

» Due to the nature of the business, this position is required to execute 12-hour shift work, with rotation on day and night shifts

» Workplace: Island-wide (East, North and West)
