Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the site (residential / commercial)
» Carry out full administrative, financial and maintenance functions
» Assist in the supervision of term contractors
» Obtain quotations for repair and maintenance services
» Lead and manage client-relationship
» Any other tasks as assigned by reporting manager Requirements:
» Higher NITEC in Facilities Management and/or Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications
» Team player with good communication skills
