Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION We are partnering with a global shipping organisation to recruit for a competent HR Manager in Singapore.
You will lead and work closely with the Human Resources Team to run day to day HR operations of the organisation, which will include but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, etc. You will engage with key stakeholders in the organisation to be involved in business plans and strategies, to come up with HR strategies to support the business, as well as to develop performance appraisal framework. You will also champion HR initiatives to drive continuous improvement within the HR functions. Your team will be looking up to you to provide HR guidance when required.
To be considered, you need to have significant practice as a HR Manager with people management responsibilities. practice with full spectrum HR will be critical for this position. Strong background in driving HR innovations within an organisation and developing effective performance appraisal framework.
