In this job, you will need to:
- Perform system installation, troubleshooting and maintenance
- Provide technical support and customer service on-site within the region
- Prepare service/spare parts quotation to customer’s enquires
- Research, develop & recommend new product or services that meet customer’s needs & preferences
- Work closely with other department to provide pre-sales and post-sales customer support
- Conduct technical training to team members for new equipment
To land this job, you need to have/be:
- At least Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 2 years of practice in servicing scientific instruments
- practice in SEM (Scanning Electron Microscopy) is a plus
- Independent, responsible and strong analytic skills
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable to travel island wide
