Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Raise POs and keep track of works done due to complaints by tenants.
» Assist the Operations manager to prepare property for new tenancy.
» Check on Cleaners, Landscape & Pest-Control contractors.
» Propose preventive maintenance strategy.
» Engage and attend to complaints from Tenants professionally and properly and to ensure every complaint is directed back to the tenant with closure.
» Ensure effective and efficient management of the Common Areas through routine checks.
» On-site checks and management of development works by appointed contractors to ensure works are carried out to specifications and complete on schedule.
» To work with Operations Manager on proper documentation of monthly Tenants’ complaints and any incident report on site and to raise Purchase Orders and keep track Invoicing and the case closure and processing of payment.
» Any emergency incident has to comply with KFPAM Apps SOP in terms of Escalation and response time.
» To follow up with the contractor on the submission monthly maintenance schedule, quotations, claims and invoicing.
» To prepare the monthly report for the management and landlord.
» Auy other tasks as assigned by reporting manager.
Requirements: » Candidate from Polytechnic in Property /Facility Management or equivalent
» Possess good computer skills using Microsoft Office software
» Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
