Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Inside Sales/Customer Service (Events/ Healthcare)
Job Job responsibilities:
» Develop and maintain long-term relationships with community partners at the community centres, residential committee etc, by providing consistent sales services support, follow up on programme requests and recommendation of health and wellness programme solutions
» Coordinate with internal teams and third parties - vendors and clients - to ensure project success
» Ensure seamless execution of health and wellness events
» Monitor KPIs to ensure delivery of key project results
» Management of other operational work functions across various divisionsJob Requirements:
» Minimum Diploma or equivalent
» Minimum 3 years working practice in: Coordinating with and managing multiple stakeholders with strong customer-service orientation
» Prior practice in project management will be an added advantage
