Job description:

JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

» Ensure all invoices are properly coded before scanning them to Shared Service Centre

» Scan invoices to Shared Service Centre

» Ensure that invoices are processed in a timely manner by Shared Service Centre and in conformity to the terms of contract

» Ensure that all invoices have been approved before payment can be processed

» Address any issue relating to expenses claim matters

» Prepare payment on a weekly basis

» Ensure that all audit confirmations have been forwarded to Shared Service Centre

» Address Shared Service Centre and vendor queries in a timely manner Requirements:

» Diploma in Business, Finance, Accountancy or related disciplines

» At least 3 years’ practice in accounts payable or finance-related functions

» Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAPListing ID: 43165
