Job responsibilities: - To assist QA manager, supervise and provide guidance to QA Engineer in QMS Internal Audit Process, External Audit and define audit system procedure.
- To conduct and review internal audits reports
- Solve non-conformance issue when required.
- To supervise and provide guidance to QA engineer in QMS management review
- To supervise and provide guidance in everyday lab activities and checking to ensure within performance specification
- Assist monitor customer complaint management.
- To investigate and analyse customer issues and complaints relating to quality
- Investigate customer requirements and ensuring that these are met through communication
- To assist QA Manager in compliance to regulatory and legislative requirement pertaining to quality system and products.
- Ensures that all QA activities are performed in the most effective and efficient manner
- Participate in MRB reviews and advise decision for quarantined parts.
Requirements: - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Any Engineering field.
- Minimum 5 years in precision metal stamping industry
- Knowledge in Metal stamping, manufacturing process, secondary process, measuring equipment, QMS documentation, auditing & reporting writing, hands-on practice in problem solving techniques-8D/5 WHY, project management and application of Core tools :APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC
