JOB DESCRIPTION Medical Social Worker/ Senior

» Conduct psychosocial, counselling, financial assessment of the patient/family and recommend appropriate interventions to support holistic patient management.

» Conducting field visits, networking with government, community, social agencies or individuals to mobilize social resources to meet patient's needs. Requirements:
