*Customer Service Engineer responsible for the management of sales, and relationship with the client of the account(s) they are assigned to.
*Customer Service Engineer serve as the interface between the client and the internal operation team in the company.
*Customer Service Engineer serves to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result.
Job Scopes: » Responsible for new business development
» Initiates and develops long-term, multi-level relationships at customer accounts
» Works with operations manager and engineering staff to develop and present business proposals
» Closes sales and manages new business opportunities from design through production in a team environment
» Ensures post-sales support and continuing customer satisfaction
» Manage the everyday running of the account and commercial paperworkRequirements:
» Minimum Nitec, Diploma in any field.
» 1-3 years in pre-sales or sales support in any industry.
» Strong interpersonal Skill
» Excel and Powerpoint skill are a must
» Confident to do presentation is a large group of people
» capability to work in a very dynamic and high stress environment
» practice working in wafer fabrication environment will be added advantage.Other Information:
» Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm.
» Chemical cleaning procedure for the semiconductor and electronics industries.*This Singapore-located position is opened to Singaporeans only.
