Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Senior Executive, Group Scholarships & Awards, Group HR
Job Description As a member of the NHGHQ HR team, the incumbent will support the functions of Group Scholarships and Awards. He/she will be assigned the following tasks:
Recognition Awards:
» Lead the organization of the recognition awards at NHG and national levels which includes annual planning, analysis and facilitation of panel discussions;
» Key liaison for NHG, Ministry of Health and other external organizations for matters relating to recognition awards;
» Provide consultancy to stakeholders on matters of the annual awards cycle;
» Provide insights and inputs to facilitate Management decision-making; and
» Review and continuously refine awards nomination and administration processes.
Other tasks: » Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff;
» Manage event management for various NHG recognition platforms, e.g. NHG Awards Ceremony; and
» Undertaking ad-hoc projects to review and make recommendations to improve current work issues, beyond HR and not limited to within the NHG cluster institutions.
Job Requirements: Potential candidates should possess the following:
» Preferably Bachelor Degree in Business-related discipline;
» Minimally with 3 years of practice in a HR generalist or HRD related function or similar capacity;
» Prior practice in healthcare, project management, and administration of awards will be advantageous;
» Be meticulous, attentive to details and demonstrated capability to engage senior management; and
» Be a team-player with a resilient and positive mindset, and receptive to feedback/changes.
