Job responsibilities: - Heading the Facility Team (approx.70 pax) within the Building premises for all M&E related issues
- Establish strong relationship with Clients and involved in meetings to ensure quality service standards are rendered
- Liaising with agencies and sub-con on all major repairs and maintenance works
- Preparation of tender documents and specifications
- Plan, Coordinate and Executing M&E rectification work
- Project Costing and Control
- Identify and Plan training needs and requirements for Staffs
- Ensure Engineers and Technicians are well equipped with Technical skillsets to handle repairs and maintenance works
- Prepare and Submission of Reports to Clients
- Annual Budgeting
- Involved in Auditing
- Carried out M&E inspection work
- Ensure Workplace Safety are complied during work
- Other tasks assigned
Requirements - Min Deg in Engineering. Preferably in Mechanical/Electrical/Building
- Min 8 years of Facility Management practices in large scale buildings
- Prior practices in managing at least 50 Engineering Staffs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Prior practices in Project Tendering, Finance budgeting and Audit
- Strong M&E hand-on practices
- Comfortable to work @ Facility Management company and Station in the East, Changi
