Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Strategize and plan for Group Operations comprising Customer Service, Underwriting and Claims departments across the Group, with strong focus on delivering customer service excellence;
» Review and recommend operation standards in conformity with the governance and compliance policies so as to achieve growth and operational efficiencies;
» Develop plans and recommendations to drive process and service improvements and instil a customer-centric culture across entities;
» Ideation of market-leading insurance and one-stop service for customers’ servicing needs; through offering policy administration, transaction-processing and platforms for new business underwriting, customer service and claims management to agents and customers;
» Explore and harness technology to meet operational challenges of a fast-moving digital environment in support of company business;
» Management reporting and related business pitching; and
» Act as a change agent to embed customer centric and transformation excellence mindsets and techniques into the culture of Group Operations.
Requirements: » 3-5 years exposure in insurance industry and an appreciation of the challenges facing operation;
» Enjoy interacting with people at all levels across functional groups/entities;
» Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem solving expertise with strong business acumen;
