Sinema Media is a consultancy and project management company focusing on film and media initiatives. Its mission is to promote and advocate the consumption of Made-in-Singapore films both locally and internationally.

- Sinema Old School, an independent community theatre (2007 to 2012)
- Creator of ciNE65Creator of National Youth Film Awards (NYFA), a national film award that identifies and recognises Singapore’s youth film talent (2015 to 2018)
- Utter, a Singapore Writers Festival initiative which adapts local literature into films (2014, 2016, 2018)

Job Description On the lookout for passionate writers to join the team! We are searching for fresh and diverse voices to cover films and film news with a keen eye.
Responsibilities - Watch a lot of films!
- Develop and write film-related content such as reviews, interviews, guides and perspective pieces
- Curate news and event listings
- Produce and manage digital content for our Facebook and Instagram pages
- Attend and cover film events such as screenings, festivals, and awards
Requirements - Excellent English-language communication and writing skills
- Interested in film, particularly local and Asian cinema
- Comfortable with social media
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Capable of working independently
- Background in a relevant field preferred but not necessary
- Minimum 3-month commitment
