Job Duties: - Conduct interviews for candidates and screening for clients by identifying and securing the best-fit candidates
- Identifying and initiating potential key accounts
- Business development of current and new clients; ie sales appointments, telemarketing in our Healthcare & Life science Division
- Build up and maintain rapport with corporate clients
- Achieve monthly targets and quota
