Job Description - Timely execution of outgoing calls to contact customers for call-backs, and follow-up with on feedback.
- Handle customers’ queries promptly by providing professional, accurate and timely information, alternatives, solutions to customers
- Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim achieving first contact resolution
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements: - Min A levels, Diploma and above in any relevant fields
- Able to commence immediately or on short notice
- Prior experience in a customer centric position will be an added advantage
