Responsible for Front Desk daily operations and customer services which include attending to enquiries from Residents and visitors on housing options, inter-hostel transfers, facilities bookings, conferences, receiving exchange students, liaison person for IT related, liaison with strategic key stakeholders and room allocations for a pleasant checking in/out housing experience.
Qualifications - Degree in Business, Hospitality or tourism industry with min 3 to 5 years of working experience in the service industry
- Able to multi-task with good customer fronting skills
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- A good team player who is proactive, resourceful, meticulous and responsible with a willingness to learn
