Responsibilities: To facilitate participants' learning and assessment in the following areas:
- Hotel and Hospitality Management
- Restaurant and Culinary Operations
- Integrated Events and Tourism Management
- Wellness and Hospitality Business
- Customer Experience Management
- Revenue Management
To commit at least one day per week to conduct lessons or short courses, either during the day or in the evening.
Requirements: - At least 3 years of relevant hospitality industry experience
- Has strong initiatives and is a self-starter
- Knowledge of the trends and developments in the customer experience, culinary, events, wellness, hospitality and tourism industry
- Committed to imparting relevant knowledge to participants in the classroom, enabling them to upskill themselves and providing them opportunity to grow at their work place
- Proficient with IT and Microsoft Office software
