Account Manager - IT/Telecommunication MNC - Commercial, Government and Transportation players
Client Details Our Client is one of the global giant players in IT and telecommunication industry. With new technology product being launched in Singapore recently, they are looking for Account Manager who can strategically initiate, maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and partners, which will ultimately convert into revenue growth.
Description Based in Singapore, as the Account Manager, you will be expected to map out sales and marketing strategies to drive sales. Practical experience and knowledge in Account Management is essential in this role for you to manage and influence clients and partners.
Other of your responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Drive revenue growth via identifying, qualifying and targeting prospective local accounts.
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers.
Collaborating with various practices and functions to align with the region with global strategies.
Conducts regular business reviews to gain customer insights and understand emerging trends in data to uncover new opportunities for sales growth via internal analytics and market intelligence.
Profile The successful candidate will possess: A Bachelor degree in any field or equivalent;
A minimum of 5 years relevant local experience in sales or account management experience in telecommunication / IT industry, alternatively;
A minimum of 5-8 years relevant local experience in either tourism, real estate, agriculture, R&D, transportation, education or healthcare industry;
Any network from the industries above-mentioned is a high advantage;
Expertise in client / partner management with cross disciplinary experience in business strategy and account management;
Successful track record of achieving significant growth in revenues within a major client account;
Strong communication skills;
