Responsibilities - Provide excellent customer services to guests
- Arrangement of Rooms and handle enquires
- Perform guests check in or check out according to hotel procedures and service standards.
- Perform cashiering and updating of guest records.
- Handles all incoming calls for guests or internal departments.
Requirement - Nitec / Diploma related to Hospitality or Tourism with no experience may apply
- Above 1 year of customer service experience
