You will be the front-line support in effective management of services-related queries. Responsibilities Front-line support in effective management of services-related queries. Be Point of contact by allocated sites Effectively address and handle all queries/complaints from users/business with structured tracking system Pro-active Stakeholders management and handle purchasing requisitions and raise work orders Enhance the overall service satisfaction rate from users/business Conduct survey to gather constructive feedback from users and chair the staff committee meeting on specific services Perform regular site inspection and to pre-empt service gap or non-conformance Minimize complaints from users and stakeholders and cultivate service excellence mindset Manage Servicing contracts and Company Administrative services Review with GS Competency Team/Procurement (IM&S) for the contract terms and conditions, schedule of work scope, assurance of service level and support negotiation with contractors Formulate strategies cum action plan for Service Enhancement, Productivity, Sustainability and implement preventive measures Support Community engagement project with sustainability Facilitate and coordinate activities for Minor office renovation and Office Project Management Requirements Diploma / Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Facility Management, and Business Administration will be added advantage with minimum 5 years of managerial experience in office, admin and/or facilities services Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Gmail, calendar e.g.) Excellent presentation & Project Management skills will be added advantage Willing to travel within different site offices locally To apply, please visit to www.gmprecruit.com To find out more about this opportunity, please contact Lionel Liew at
