Human Capital Management Intern
We are seeking an intern to be attached to our Human Capital Management team. This role will be involved in thedevelopment and evaluation of a workplace health promotion (WHP) program, targeted to help cultivate a culture of health amongst HSAians.
Core Project: Singapore Health Award (SHA)
- Support in the development of a workplace health promotion framework (WHPF)
- Conduct needs assessment to identify gaps for workplace health promotion initiatives in our organisation
- Support in the execution of the programmes under the WHPF, including the planning, organising of programmes, follow-ups and monitoring of participation, post-event review. For instance, this would include a variety of programmes, on top of targeted interventions
- Support in establishing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the programmes in meeting objectives
Secondary project:
- Assist in the training administration of the Learning & Development department
- Support the HR Business Partnering Team in marketing initiatives to brand HSA as an Employer of Choice through reviewing the career pages and participation in career fairs
- Designing of HR email communication / infographics in support of HR programs
Job Requirement - Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, Human Resource, Economics, Tourism or equivalent with strong interest in HR
- Competent in MS Office Application such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to Multi-task
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Good Team Player and Ability to work independently
