As the General Services Specialist with Givaudan, you will be the front-line support in effective management of services-related queries. In this exciting role, you will report directly to the General Services Manager and also will:
General Services Continuous Improvement
Work with internal stakeholders and cross functional partners to resolve service gaps or explore solution to enhance sustainable processes to minimize breakdown in site facilities and smooth operation of workplace.
Event Management, Mailroom & Front Desk Functions
Manage a team of professionals & vendors/contractors to ensure prompt delivery of technical support and ensure compliance with Company and statutory requirements.

Your professional profile includes: - Diploma / Degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Facility Management , and Business Administration will be added advantage with minimum 5 years’ of managerial experience in office, admin and/or facilities services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and G Suite (Gmail, calendar e.g.)
- Excellent presentation & Project Management skills will be added advantage
- Willing to travel within different site offices locally
