Bid & Content Manager
Full time, based in Singapore
The Global Bid and Content Manager is a pivotal resource in delivering accurate bid responses and maintaining BCD Travel's companywide database of proposal relevant information. The Bid & Content Manager works in partnership with the Global Bid & Project Manager to complete each bid project in accordance with the client's RFP requirements, sales teams' value proposition and BCD Travel's global tenants.
The skills you will bring
- Excellent written and spoken English to business level
- Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)
- Knowledge of proposal database software, CRM platforms and online e-procurement solutions.
- Minimum 3-5 years bid management experience
And if you have this but not essential
- Content management experience
- Diploma or degree in tourism-related field or Bachelor degree (English, Journalism, Communications etc)
The Bid & Content Manager focuses on the validation of each response -- ensuring the most up-to-date, accurate and highest quality of content is provided. The Global Bid & Project Manager works in close collaboration with all subject matter experts across our network so strong communication, organization and IT skills as required. Furthermore, the individual needs to be a team player, proactive and creative, with exceptional attention to detail. This is not an autonomous position and the Global Bid & Content Manager must be able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, manage their own workload and coordinate various subject matter experts.
