Supervise room attendants, linen attendant and contractors Assist in formulating training program and training and train new room attendants. Inspect apartments and public areas assigned to room attendant for maintenance and cleanliness. Ensure smooth resident check-in and check-out Check apartments inventories with residents upon check in or check out Immediate reporting of any damage and defects to furniture, fitting and equipment to Engineering Department. Attend to residents complaints and needs Provide special attention to VIP apartments and residents. Carry out monthly stock-taking of linens/uniforms, cleaning/guest supplies, kitchen wares and breakfast items Schedule and carry out periodical cleaning programs. Supervise linen attendant in daily operation of linen, staff uniforms and resident laundry Daily checks to ensure no linen or equipment abuse. Attend staff meetings to discuss company policies and patrons' complaints.
