RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle inbound calls from Japanese-speaking clients and vacation sites Conduct outgoing calls to follow-up Provide excellent and timely customer service to leave a professional image and enhance Companys branding Listen and identify customer needs, expectations and issues Process member account transactions with data accuracy into in-house system Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay abreast of Company directions, projects and development. REQUIREMENTS: Min Diploma or Degree in any relevant fields High proficiency of Japanese language in a formal/ business setting to communicate with Japanese speaking clients Service-oriented with excellent communication skills Candidates with at least 1 year of sales/ service experience from tourism sector/ call center environment preferred OTHER INFORMATION: Location : East Working days : 5 days: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm) Salary : Up to $3,700 or higher (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
