Purpose of job: As a manager within the Digital Experience Development department, you will report to Deputy Director, Visitor Experience, and work closely with members within the department to shape and drive the One Singapore Experience vision by championing visitor needs, identifying opportunities and bridging gaps through the development of Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) with internal and / or external stakeholders to deliver high-quality and essential visitor experiences.
Main Responsibilities: You will work closely with the team on the following areas: * Continue to strengthen the One Singapore Experience vision and identify opportunities to enhance the end-2-end visitor experience from Dream, Plan, Experience to Share.
- Identify key markets/user segments to drive One Singapore Experience and propose research methodology and approach.
- Drive in-depth user research as well as research of key touch points (i.e. cruise, airport etc.) and key markets (i.e. China, Australia etc.)
- Analyze and synthesize research findings to propose areas to improve and new opportunities.
- Identify key industry players to co-create and innovate of solutions.
- Groom/prioritize POCs (proof of concept) with the product owner of the One Singapore Experience and develop experience strategy for each individual POCs with the aim to test and trial so that POCs can be scaled up as products or platforms in the future.
- Scrum master of identified POCs.
- Drive actualizing of the POCs with line units, industry partners and/or external vendors.
