» Assisting the Concierges to fulfils on customer requirements.
» Assisting in making travel bookings.
» Assist as and when needed to provide Program Benefit Support, delivering on client value propositions while providing a seamless customer service practice when dealing with other departments.
» Responds promptly as and when needed to customer needs; solicits customer feedback to improve service; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments Required practice, expertise and Qualifications
» Preferably with practice within the retail or luxury travel industry, with a large hospitality chain or luxury brand is a plus.
» 2 years’ practice booking travel arrangements in a corporate environment or significant customer service practice working a contact centre environment is preferred.
» Excellent organizational expertise, demonstrates high attention to detail.
» Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyses information skilfully, work well independently & in group problem solving situations.
» Speak clearly and articulately, high level of active listening, listen and get clarification, respond well to questions, write clearly and informatively, varies writing style to meet needs, able to read and interpret written information.
» Excellent Microsoft Word expertise.
» Schedule Requirements: – Shift located schedule (spanning weekends and public holidays)
– Rotating off-days (5 day work week, 2 days off)
