»5 days, office hours Our Client, one of the biggest vacation exchange company in the world, is seeking a Japanese-speaking Admin Executive to provide service support to their Japanese-speaking clients and partners.
Job responsibilities: » Handle inbound calls from Japanese speaking clients and vacation sites and conduct outgoing calls to follow-up
» Provide excellent and timely customer service to leave a professional image and enhance Company’s branding
» Listen and identify customer needs, expectations and issues
» Process member account transactions with data accuracy into in-house system
» Participate in team meetings and continuing training to stay abreast of Company directions, projects and development. Requirements:
» Min Diploma or Degree in any significant field
» High proficiency of Japanese language in a formal/ business setting to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients
» Service-oriented with excellent communication expertise
» Candidates with at least 1 year of sales/ service practice from tourism sector/ call center environment preferred OTHER INFORMATION:
» Location : East
» Working days : 5 days: Monday to Friday (8am - 5pm)
» income : Up to $3,700 or higher (income will commensurate according to practice & qualifications). Application Process:
