JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» You will be responsible to execute front office tasks, handle enquiries professionally, and assist in ensuring smooth operations during the guests’ stay.
» to execute guest check-in and check-out.
» Assist the guest in arranging tours, taxis and restaurants booking if necessary.
» Handle all guest requests during their stay.
» Organize and implement guest programs/plans that anticipate and meet guest needs and interest.
» Manage individual portfolio assigned to maximize guest satisfaction.
» Assist in other tasks as assigned.
Requirements: » GCE O’ level / Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism / Diploma Hospitality or equivalent.
