» Minimum GCE ‘N’ Levels
» At least 6 months of working practice in the service industry is preferred
» Able to work rotating shifts on weekends and public holidays
» Computer Literate with Microsoft Office proficiency
» Good communication expertise and comfortable in frontline position
» capability to execute independently, under pressure and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
» Able to speak English fluently and a third language will be an advantage
