Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Purpose:
» Development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with the Director.
» Creation of communications, press releases and speeches, as well as taking ownership of digital assets – website, social media platform to drive the company’s presence online. Job Responsibilities :
» Develop and implement integrated digital marketing plan to include website, search engine optimisation, paid search, online partnerships, email marketing, social media and mobile marketing.
» Continually review and optimise website and mobile functionality, site architecture and user interface through Information technology and web design agencies and technology vendors to increase direct traffic and support online ticketing programmes.
» Create and curate updated, compelling content, blogs, and articles to improve SEO. Serve as the primary website administrator.
» Develop and review all marketing and promotions materials for the company including all collateral materials, signage, website content, and social media initiatives.
» supervise creation, planning, and coordination of on-premise events, ensuring accurate execution of promotions, including communication across all supporting departments.
» Budget management, KPI tracking, analysing and reviewing marketing plans. Job Requirement :
» Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, or related field.
» A minimum of six years of practice in inbound marketing, digital and social media marketing in tourism, hospitality or e-commerce sectors.
» Fully versed in SEO best practices and analysis of web and social media channels.
» Familiar with digital campaign management and reporting tools.
» Proven track record in driving business results through digital marketing and social media campaigns. Strong expertise of Chinese social platforms is a strong plus. In order to contact with Chinese speaking associates.
» Excellent copywriting, editing and proofing expertise.
» Effective organisational expertise to function effectively and multi task under time constraints and within established deadlines; making empowered decisions and taking ownership of designated projects and areas.
