Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION As a part time Guest Relations agent, you will welcome all guests to Faber Peak Singapore and provide excellent guest management services. You are required to be proactive in providing customer service solutions and ensure that all guests have a memorable practice with Faber Peak Singapore. Your everyday guest relations work will include answering hotline calls, handling events, dining reservations and covering the membership enquiries.
You will also provide excellent customer service to upsell and process membership applications over the counter and attending to guest enquiries. You will manage and upkeep the accuracy of members data.
Requirements: » Min "N" Level
» Strong competency in spoken and written English (competency in another language is an advantage as to contact with another language speaking associates)
» Good verbal and written communication expertise
» Customer-centric, people-oriented and a team player
» Able to work shifts, staggered hours
» A fast thinker who reacts quickly and is able to handle a variety of customer-related situations
» Fluency in both written and spoken Mandarin is an advantage to contact with Chinese guests
