Location Singapore
Job Description You will assist the sales team in event pre-sales and oversee the successful planning, organising, coordinating and execution of all events held in Singapore EXPO Convention & Exhibition Centre and MAX Atria @ Singapore EXPO including:
- Pre-sales – propose and prepare floor plans (including seating, staging and other requirements) for the event
- After-sales – work closely with event organisers to plan and co-ordinate their events, perform service recovery and close the loop on all event matters
- Operations – negotiate contracts and work with operations to fulfil event requirements
- Administration – ensure proper documentation of all charges and consolidation of invoices and purchase orders
Job Requirements - Diploma or Degree, preferably in Business Admin or Hospitality / Tourism
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to attend to details; coordination, communication and time management skills; good telephone manners; and PC skills
- Enjoy coordinating events
- Must be able to work long hours and under pressure
