The incumbent will report to the HR Director, EDMS and is responsible in providing HR support for all HR initiatives across EDMS, namely, NEST, Engineering Cadets, SHINE Internship, Automation Academy, Rainmakers, Earn & Learn, Work Learn Technical Diploma, Professional Conversion Programme & Enhanced Internship.
The incumbent will also work with the respective HR Centre of Excellences (COEs) teams, Rewards, Shared Services, Learning & Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition to implement various HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Work closely and support the line in rolling out all the initiatives timely. Generate the necessary information for decision making.
- Track and ensure initiatives are communicated within appropriate timeframe and to a desired level of service. Call-out where necessary.
- Build relationship with the line at all levels and provide consistent and prompt HR services.
- Provide ongoing support to the HRD, taking on assigned ad hoc tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least one year of relevant experience in a matrix organization
- Adept with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong tasks, cost and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
- Flexible customer focus and ability to handle multiple complex tasks under constant pressure
- Innovative and creative problem solving ability, conceptual thinking ability
