Business Function Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities - Manage the Rewards and Recognition Program of SG CBO (CBO Rewards and RED Awards), Manage SG CBO's People Engagement budget, Support SG CBO's My Voice Action Planning, Assist in the delivery of People Engagement events in SG CBO and in T&O,
- Manage the content and updates on SG CBO's sharepoint, intranet and other Office 365 tools
- Support the implementation of SG CBO's employee journey/s
- Manage EXSA and other external awards, nomination and awarding, Support SG CBO News (newsletter), Manage SG CBO's social media account, Manage SG CBO's compliments
- Prepare information required for Weekly Management meeting
Requirements - 3-5 years work experience preferably in the banking industry
- Expert level skills in MS Excel and/or MS Access
- Familiar with Office 365 tools especially SharePoint, Workflows, Yammer and MS Teams
- Experience in budgeting and data analytics would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and with tight deadlines
- Good attitude to handle new and challenging tasks
- Meticulous with excellent people management skills
