Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
- Provide excellent HR business partnership to support the business growth and enhance the leadership abilities team in ASEAN, Japan and Korea offices.
- Engage with country leadership abilities as a HR partner to maximize people capcapability and organizational effectiveness through expert consultation
- Be responsible for workforce planning, headcount management, talent selection and onboarding
- Proactive assessment and identification of people issues and opportunities via data and scenario analysis supported with formulation and presentation of solutions in partnership with HR, leadership abilities and other key stakeholders
- Oversight of talent initiatives via performance review, people development and workforce assessment
- Involve in the coming M&A DD activities and be responsible for HR part of integration
- Review and align organizational and compensation structure to support business development plans. Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are administered in a fair and consistent manner and in conformity with all applicable local laws
- Provide timely information and guidance to managers, managers and employees on various human resource issues, i.e. reviews, employee relations, compensation, performance improvement, etc.
- Be responsible for all Singapore office HR related activities, include payroll, benefits programs as well as other needed
- Be responsible for all ASEAN countries (includes Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine and Vietnam), Japan and Korean
- All respective local country HR people will report to this function
- Lead and coach the team to deliver great support to employees
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business, Finance related
- Proven 10 year’s track record within multiple HR disciplines most importantly business partnering, talent management, employee relations, training and development, and talent acquisition of similar size and scale
- practice working with senior leadership abilities, is self-confident, and capable in building proactive and significant relationships all over our global organization
- Strong project management skills and adept at change management, M&A practice is a good plus
