Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Work with Advancement Services team and key internal stakeholders to:
» Track news in industry, education and philanthropy that could impact giving
» Conduct research to determine interest and giving potential
» Generate databases and lists to assist with lead generation
» Ensure timely and accurate updates of donor gift information and stewardship activity
» Develop customised stewardship reports to donors annually
» Support advancement-related projects and events management for campus visits, presentations, functions, receptions, ceremonies, media and public announcements
» Provide administration support to the department
» Undertake and perform other tasks as assigned Job Requirements:
» Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 3 years of work practice
» Degree and work background in Business, Marketing or Communications preferred
» practice in market research and database/portfolio/CRM management desirable
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
» Highly internet savvy, with good MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and design (e.g. Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator) expertise
» Meticulous, with an eye for detail
» Creative problem-solving and good project management expertise
