JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking for an organized and practiced trainer to join our organization. The trainer will be responsible for evaluating our clients’ needs and current practices, creating and delivering a training development plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources and guides. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources needed to improve training results.
tasks and Responsibilities » contact with managers to determine training needs
» Conceptualize training materials located on data and research
» Design effective training programs
» Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
» Test and review created materials
» Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
» Maintain database of all training materials
» Keep attendance and other records of the trained programme
» Manage training budgets
» Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement Trainer Requirements and Qualifications
» Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
» Certification from talent and training associations is a plus
» Two (2) years’ previous practice as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position
» Proficient computer expertise, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
» practice with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
» Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/sales goals
» Strong project management expertise with capability to supervise multiple projects
» Good interpersonal expertise and communication with all levels of management
» Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
» Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
» Excellent leadership abilities, team building, and management expertise
» Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead
» Excellent verbal and written communication expertise
» Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
» Remuneration package will be according to practice in the industry
